Retail Custom Framing Store - Sales / Picture Framer

Job Overview We are seeking an associate to join our 40+ year old family-owned custom picture framing business. The " ideal" candidate will be an experienced framer and have knowledge of the custom framing business. They will bring creativity and experience as a key player in the business. Willing to train the right person. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to work effectively with the team.

• Create long term customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions.
• Assist customers with their custom framing needs and offer solutions. Responsibilities
• The ideal candidate will bring creativity and experience to be a key player in the business.
• Operate POS software and execute cash handling to standards
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time
• Welcome customers & deliver friendly customer service Qualifications
• A love and appreciation of art
• Experienced framer and knowledge of the custom framing business
• willingness / ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter
• regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
• ability to move throughout the store, ability to remain standing for long periods of time

Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
