Job Overview:
We're seeking a personable and organized Craft Workshop Instructor with a passion for teaching and creating memorable experiences. In this role, you will lead hands-on workshops, guiding participants of all skill levels in a fun and professional setting.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and lead two workshops, ensuring participants feel supported and engaged. Deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed our 5-star experience goal . Ensure punctuality for all workshops, as timeliness is essential to our success. Provide hands-on instruction tailored to different skill levels. Maintain a clean and organized workspace before, during, and after each session. Manage materials and inventory to ensure workshops run smoothly. Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Share workshop highlights on social media to showcase our creative community.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in teaching , retail, customer service, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for arts and crafts, with experience in creative projects . Ability to organize and multitask effectively. Familiarity with both Mac and PC systems is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
