Do you get bored doing the same thing every day? If so, keep reading... We are looking for a highly organized, people-oriented Operations Manager to become my(the owner's) right-hand person. One hour you might be meeting with a homeowner. The next you might be solving a scheduling issue. Then checking on a project, coordinating materials, helping recruit our next painter, grabbing photos for social media, or delivering a thank-you gift to a customer. No two days are the same. Customer service is king. Client experience is a high priority for us. All positions in our company sell and provide great service. Our success depends on these items.
- $500/week + 3% of Projects Managed
- Denver Metro Area...ALL of it.
Expected Earnings:
$65,000-$68,000+- ### What You'll Do
- Manage painting and decorating projects
- Communicate with homeowners
- Coordinate crews and subcontractors
- Order paint and materials
- Perform project walkthroughs
- Handle project closeouts
- Complete occasional paint touchups
- Gather photos and videos from job sites
- Help recruit future team members
- Move company trailers (8'-20')
- Occasionally assist with estimates when needed
- Solving problems and making people happy...customers and staff!
