This position is for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and understands both the technical and aesthetic side of framing. You will be responsible for executing framing projects, supporting production framing workflow, and ensuring all work meets the company's quality standards. This is an important role that must produce daily and weekly framing quotas on active orders. In this role you will also be assigned various tasks from prep-work, cutting/ joining frames, hardware and wrapping frames. Qualifications & Responsibilities Meet daily and weekly framing quotas Measure, assemble, and cut - glass and moulding with precision Operate framing equipment (saws, mat cutters, joiners, etc.) Detail-oriented with high standard for quality Read and assist with work orders accureatley Ability to work independently and as part of a team with other departments Preferred (not required) Experience in gallery, studio, or custom framing shops 3+ years of professional picture framing experience and knowledge Background in art or design related field Job Type Full-time Pay based on experience ($18.00 - $25.00 per hour) Benefits 401(k) Paid time off Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Employee discount
