Overview Join our dynamic Innovations Lab as a 3D Design & Inventors Enrichment Club Instructor, where you will ignite creativity and foster innovation among young learners passionate about design, engineering, and invention. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead engaging hands-on activities that inspire future inventors and problem-solvers. As a vital member of our educational team, you will empower students to explore the limitless possibilities of 3D design and invention through interactive lessons and collaborative projects. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help cultivate a vibrant learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and technical skills. Duties Lead engaging, hands-on workshops focused on 3D design, modeling, and invention concepts tailored for youth participants. Develop age-appropriate curriculum materials that promote creativity, engineering principles, and innovative thinking. Guide students through the use of 3D design software and tools, ensuring safety and proper technique. Foster an inclusive environment that encourages collaboration, problem-solving, and idea sharing among students. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt activities to meet diverse learning needs. Coordinate with program coordinators to plan sessions, manage supplies, and ensure smooth program delivery. Promote enthusiasm for STEM fields by highlighting real-world applications of 3D design and invention. Qualifications Prior experience in 3D design software (such as Tinkercad, Fusion 360, or similar) is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to lead educational activities with youth in a lively and motivating manner. Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to beginners. Passion for inspiring young minds in STEM education and innovation. University experience or background in engineering, design, or related fields is preferred. Ability to organize materials efficiently and manage classroom dynamics effectively. A proactive attitude with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
