The Composite Technician supports production processes by preparing materials, assembling components, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This role involves working with composite materials, molds, and equipment while maintaining safety and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare molds, materials, and equipment for composite production processes Cut, position, and apply composite materials such as fiber mats and fabrics Perform lamination, infusion, and injection processes according to specifications Inspect materials and finished components to ensure quality standards are met Identify and address minor defects, including trimming and rework Support production line operations and workflow efficiency Clean and maintain molds, tools, and equipment Follow work instructions, safety standards, and PPE requirements Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S) Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Experience in manufacturing or composite production preferred Skills & Competencies Ability to work with composite materials and tools Attention to detail and quality Ability to follow instructions and production processes Strong work ethic and reliability. •Employer is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
