Lead Window Cleaning Technician

Job Overview Spotless Exterior Services is looking for a dependable and motivated Lead Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working outdoors, and can lead a crew while delivering excellent customer service. As a Lead Technician, you'll be responsible for completing residential and commercial window cleaning jobs, training team members, maintaining equipment, and ensuring every customer receives top-quality service. Responsibilities Lead and manage window cleaning crews on job sites Clean residential and commercial windows, screens, tracks, and frames Perform ladder work and operate safely at heights Communicate professionally with customers Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards Train and mentor new technicians Maintain and organize equipment and company vehicles Assist with scheduling and daily workflow when needed Identify upsell opportunities for additional exterior cleaning services Qualifications Previous window cleaning experience preferred Leadership or crew management experience is a plus Strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Positive attitude and strong communication skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for raises Performance bonuses and tips Growth opportunities within the company Flexible scheduling options Supportive team environment Opportunity to work independently and stay active outdoors Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional weekends during busy season 30-50 hours per week depending on season and workload Apply Today If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to help lead a growing company, we'd love to hear from you
