Job Description
Teachers for Early Education and Care 18 Degrees is where new beginnings come to light for children and families - join our journey into a new day. Seeking individuals with experience in the growth and development of young children through Infant, Toddler and Preschool ages. Those with Lived Experience working with children are encouraged to apply. If you have not already obtained an Early Education and Care professional certification, you can achieve certification with mentoring, paid classroom hours, and paid attendance at the required college course in under a year. Working with our curriculum structures and supporting staff, we need staff that will show up with their best selves every day. Turning tears into smiles, challenges into teachable moments and supporting a child through the most formative moments of their lives. At 18 Degrees, we cultivate teams and leaders to embrace the principles of diversity, equity and inclusiveness to support the needs of our community. We offer both full time and flexible part time roles for those that can provide a consistent schedule.
