Where pride, ownership, and hustle matter. And where there's real opportunity to grow. Job Description We're hiring a Pavement Marking Technician to join our crew. This is hands-on, physical outdoor work. You'll be trained to operate line striping equipment, prep job sites, layout stencils, install signs, and ensure safe, professional, and accurate markings. Responsibilities Assist with job setup and cleanup Operate striping machines and use layout tools (chalk lines, measuring tapes) Apply stencils and paint ADA markings, directional arrows, and custom symbols Load, unload, and clean equipment Follow safety procedures and job instructions Communicate with team leads and represent Metro Markings professionally on site Qualifications Must be reliable and show up on time Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather Willing to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional nights Ability to lift 70+ pounds and stand for extended periods Must have reliable transportation Experience in construction, landscaping, or painting is a plus, but not required Basic math skills required Must be eager to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
