This position is responsible for supporting the daily manufacturing of high-quality dental restorations through digital workflows, milling, 3D printing, finishing, quality control, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on manufacturing, takes pride in producing precise work, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Responsibilities Manufacture dental restorations using CAD/CAM, milling machines, and 3D printers. Prepare, finish, polish, and inspect dental restorations to ensure quality standards are met. Operate and maintain production equipment, including mills, printers, scanners, and curing units. Perform routine equipment cleaning, calibration, and preventive maintenance. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control processes. Organize production materials and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Assist with inventory management and material preparation. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce remakes. Meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional quality. Cross-train in multiple manufacturing processes to provide production flexibility. Qualifications Manufacturing experience preferred; dental laboratory experience is a plus. Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn digital manufacturing equipment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable using computers and learning digital dental software. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
