We're looking for someone who exhibits a positive attitude, enjoys learning new things, obtains a strong work ethic and is capable of working both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and take pride in their work. This role is essential to supporting our growing operation and provides a meaningful contribution to our production process.

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM SaunaSpace Manufacturing 1330 E Prathersville Rd Columbia, MO 65202 • Formal training and instruction will be provided. Operate and maintain small tools/equipment. Become proficient with an orbital sander. Polish raw materials from start to finish. Quality control inspection. • Familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus. Flexible and adaptable nature, able to flow with changing production needs and protocols. Ability to follow instructions Detail-oriented, ensuring company specifications and needs are met. Approach work with an ownership mentality, taking pride in your contributions. Maintain efficiency without sacrificing attention to detail. Reliable Holiday pay. Paid vacation and personal leave.
