Wood Staining & Finishing Associate Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay busy and see the results of your work? We're hiring a Wood Staining & Finishing Associate for a door and trim operation located on a farm near Murdock, NE. This is a nice work environment for someone who enjoys working with their hands and would rather be in a smaller operation than a large production facility. You'll work primarily in the finishing area, preparing, staining, and finishing wood trim and door components before they are ready to go out to customers. What You'll Do Stain and finish wood trim and door components Prepare wood surfaces for staining and finishing Sand and inspect materials to make sure the finish looks right Apply stain and other finishing products Handle and organize finished trim and materials Keep the work area clean and organized Help with other hands-on duties as needed What We're Looking For You don't need to be an experienced wood finisher. We're looking for someone who: Enjoys hands-on work Pays attention to detail Takes pride in making things look good Is dependable and shows up every day Can work independently and stay productive Is comfortable working in a farm/shop environment Can stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the day Experience with woodworking, staining, painting, cabinetry, construction, doors, trim, or production is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.
