Middlesex County, NJ Schedule:

Monday to Friday | Early Starts | Weekend availability an asset

Performance Pay:

$25•36/hour. The better you run your jobs, the more you make•this isn't a flat rate. If you're already doing the work of a Crew Leader, you already know your worth. The question is whether your paycheck reflects it.

Red Trim Painting is a residential and commercial painting company in Middlesex County built on reputation, repeat business, and doing things the right way. We're growing•and looking for a Crew Leader who's tired of guessing what they'll actually take home.

WHAT THIS ROLE PAYS

Pay:

$25•36/hour, based on performance•not a flat rate for everyone. Holiday and overtime pay on top. Run tight jobs, keep clients happy, and your pay moves with it.
