SEAMLESS GUTTER TEAM LEADER / LEAD INSTALLER
Miami Valley Roofing & Restoration is actively seeking an experienced Seamless Gutter Team Leader to join our growing team in Waynesville, Ohio. We are a family-owned company that has been serving homeowners since 2015 and continues to experience rapid growth throughout Southwest Ohio. We are looking for a skilled leader who can run a gutter crew, maintain quality standards, and help us continue delivering exceptional results for our customers. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a proven gutter professional who can lead by example, train crew members, and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage seamless gutter installation projects Install 5", 6", and custom seamless gutter systems Install gutter guards and drainage solutions Train and mentor crew members Ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently Maintain quality control standards Communicate with management regarding project status Load, unload, and maintain equipment and materials Represent the company professionally on every job site
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous seamless gutter installation experience required Previous crew leadership experience preferred Ability to read measurements and perform accurate calculations Strong problem-solving skills Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to lift 75+ pounds Comfortable working on ladders and roofs Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual
