Elves N Ladders is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our team as Christmas Light Installers. Whether you're experienced or just starting, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed!

Elves N Ladders is a holiday decorating company based in South Philadelphia. We transform homes and businesses into festive winter wonderlands across the Greater Philadelphia Area, including Bucks County, Montgomery County, Delaware County, and South Jersey. What We're Looking For:

Positive Energy:

Bring a can-do attitude, ready to make every installation a success.

Team Player:

Whether working solo or with others, you're always reliable and ready to pitch in.

Physical Readiness:

Comfortable with heights? Great! You'll be maneuvering ladders (up to 40 feet), working on roofs, and lifting up to 50 pounds. (

BTW:

most people aren't afraid of heights, they just aren't comfortable with them yet. We can help get you comfortable fast!)

Tech-Savvy:

Familiar with iPads or smartphones? You'll use them for layout designs and reports.

Safety First:

You follow safety instructions to the letter, ensuring a secure work environment for yourself and your team.

Basic Requirements:

Reliable Transportation:

Must have a way to get to our shop and job sites (a valid driver's license is a plus, but not required). Age 18+: You must be at least 18 years old (and eligible to work in the US) to apply.

Background Check:

Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Flexibility:

Be prepared for demanding schedules during peak season from time to time, including occasional overnight shifts (usually fewer than three per season, sometimes none at all!). Why Work with Us? Seasonal Fun with Potential for
