Mar 23, 2028 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time The Division of Renal-Electrolyte and Hypertension in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Instructor positions in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years). Expertise is required in the specific area of Nephrology. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABIM) in Nephrology is required. Responsibilities may include the opportunity to care for patients at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP), Penn Presbyterian Medical Center (PPMC), or the Graduate Dialysis Unit. There will also be opportunities to participate in the many educational activities of the Division, including teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. The successful applicant will have an opportunity to develop an individualized training experience in research, teaching, or patient care in preparation for the next stage of their career.
