Our team values creativity, learning, and helping guests make lasting memories. We're looking for instructors who take pride in their work, are excited to guide others, and are dependable enough to be part of the foundation of our growing business. The Role As a Workshop Instructor, you'll lead participants through the sand casting process, making sure every guest feels hands-on, supported, and proud of what they make. This role requires both passion for craft and a steady commitment to reliability. Responsibilities Teach and assist participants during jewelry workshops. Arrive early to prep tools and materials; stay after to clean up. Guide participants step by step, keeping the process hands-on. Troubleshoot challenges with patience and positivity. Maintain safety standards and a clean, organized workspace. Contribute to a culture of pride, reliability, and creativity. Ensure that all guests walk away with a positive unforgettable experience. Non-Negotiables To remain part of the Casted Rings team, every instructor must: Set aside a minimum of two regular workdays per week (for example: Tuesdays and Saturdays). One of these days must be Friday or Saturday Assume you are working on your assigned days. If a workshop is scheduled, you are expected to be there. Be proactive about checking the schedule and staying on top of updates. Arrive prepared and on time for every confirmed session. Bring a positive, team-focused attitude that contributes to the workshop culture. What We're Looking For Passion for creating and helping bring others' creations to life. Approachable, encouraging, and reliable with strong people skills. Comfortable speaking to and guiding small groups. Willingness to learn sand casting (training provided). Good at problem-solving and working under pressure. Commitment to being part of Casted Rings long-term (ideally a year or longer).
