Experienced Sealcoat Crew Member Do you take pride in straight lines and smooth operations? We're looking for an experienced Sealcoat crew member to join our team and take charge of striping jobs from start to finish. If you've got an eye for detail, leadership skills, and experience working with striping machines, thermoplastic, or paint, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

Operate sealcoat equipment Read and follow site plans, layouts, and job specs to include parking lot striping, curbing, asphalt sealing, wheel stops, signage, and cleaning Manage time and materials to complete projects efficiently Ensure safety compliance and high-quality workmanship Communicate with clients and project managers on-site

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in pavement sealing or related work Experience in a construction or outdoor work setting Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL Strongly Encouraged to Apply) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed
