We bring premium ceramic coating and paint correction directly to our customers' driveways — no shop, just clean, professional, high-end work on location. If you take pride in mirror-finish paint correction and flawless ceramic application — and you want steady year-round work with weekly pay — we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Full decontamination wash (foam pre-wash, two-bucket method, iron decon, clay bar) Paint correction — 1-step enhancement and 2-step correction Ceramic coating application, panel by panel, to a flawless high-spot-free finish Quality-inspect every panel under proper lighting Deliver a premium customer experience start to finish Naturally recommend add-on services (headlight restoration, interior detail) Keep your mobile setup clean, stocked, and professional

WHAT WE PROVIDE

All ceramic coatings, compounds, polishes, pads, and consumables Steady stream of booked jobs (we handle the marketing + scheduling) Training on our exact process and standards Weekly pay, every Friday Performance bonuses for speed, quality, reviews, and upsells

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Ceramic coating experience (or strong detailing background eager to master it) Paint correction / machine polishing experience (DA or rotary) Familiarity with premium coating brands (Gyeon, CarPro, Gtechniq, etc.) Your own polisher/buffer preferred (we'll discuss if not) Reliable transportation to job sites Valid driver's license + clean driving record Authorized to work in the US (W-2 employee) Detail-obsessed, punctual, customer-friendly, takes pride in clean work
