Responsibilities Lead engaging classroom sessions that promote hands-on learning, creativity, and technical mastery in pottery arts. Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe, respectful, and inspiring environment for all participants. Provide individualized guidance and feedback to students to support their artistic growth and technical proficiency. Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and safety protocols are followed. Experience Proven experience in teaching pottery or ceramics classes at various levels of expertise. Classroom management skills that foster a positive learning environment while encouraging creativity and exploration.
