SMT Soldering Operator / Electronics Assembly Technician Huntsville, AL $18.00-$20.00 per hour 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:15 AM-4:00 PM ✅ Temp-to-Hire ✅ Weekly Pay ✅ No Certification Required - On-Site Soldering Test Now Hiring! Start Your Career in Electronics Manufacturing CloudRay is hiring SMT Soldering Operators / Electronics Assembly Technicians for an established electronics manufacturing company in Huntsville, AL. If you have soldering, PCB assembly, or electronics manufacturing experience, we'd love to hear from you! No certification is required—just demonstrate your skills during our on-site soldering test. What You'll Do Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) using SMT components Perform hand soldering following IPC-610 quality standards Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality Use measuring and testing equipment including calipers and ohmmeters Troubleshoot and repair minor soldering or assembly defects Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with production and quality teams to meet production goals What We're Looking For Experience with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly Experience soldering electronic components and PCBs Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or assembly drawings Familiarity with IPC-610 standards is preferred Experience using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and testing equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Electronics manufacturing experience preferred PLC knowledge is a plus but not required
