In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise soldering and electrical assembly tasks on a variety of electro-mechanical components, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your expertise will contribute to the production of reliable electronic products, supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assemblies, surface mount technology, and electrical schematics in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities Perform soldering and rework on PCB assemblies using hand tools, soldering irons, and power tools in accordance with IPC 610 standards. Assemble electrical panels and electro-mechanical components following detailed blueprints and schematic diagrams. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to accurately execute assembly tasks. Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and ohmmeters to verify component placement and electrical continuity. Conduct troubleshooting and engineering support on electromechanical assemblies to resolve issues efficiently. Follow blueprint specifications and schematics meticulously to ensure proper electrical wiring, surface mount technology (SMT), and mechanical assembly. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during all manufacturing processes. Requirements Proven experience in electronics assembly, soldering, and electrical wiring within a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication, surface mount technology (SMT), and electrical schematic reading and interpretation. Familiarity with IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement devices accurately. Mechanical knowledge related to machining, mechanical assembly, and electro-mechanical components. Experience with electrical panel building and wiring according to schematics. Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on engineering support for complex assemblies. Ability to follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and blueprint specifications precisely.
