What You'll Do:
Assemble electrical and electronic systems, components, subassemblies, wiring, and support structures using rivets, bolts, soldering, and micro-welding equipment.
Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports to determine assembly requirements and instructions.
Position, align, adjust, repair, and replace electrical or electronic components to correct defects and meet specifications.
Clean, mark, and tag components while supporting inventory tracking, finished-product packing, and movement to storage or shipping areas.
Work with supervisors, engineers, and team members to resolve production issues and explain assembly procedures or techniques when needed.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years experience in electrical or electronic assembly, component installation, or related hands-on manufacturing work.
