In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining complex electromechanical systems and components. Your expertise will ensure the seamless operation of our production processes, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Assemble and install electrical wiring, mechanical components, and PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assemblies according to schematics and technical drawings Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to perform precise assembly and adjustments Solder surface mount technology (SMT) components and perform PCB repairs following IPC 610 standards Test electrical circuits using ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools to verify functionality and troubleshoot issues Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and maintenance Conduct routine inspections of electromechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements Support manufacturing processes by setting up programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation tasks and troubleshooting control systems Requirements Proven experience with electrical wiring, schematics interpretation, and mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, surface mount technology (SMT), soldering techniques, and IPC 610 standards Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation control systems Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement devices accurately Mechanical knowledge including machining skills and understanding of mechanical components Experience working with electrical components such as schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and schematics documentation Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting electromechanical issues efficiently Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently an as a part of a team Experience troubleshooting electrical and electromechanical systems Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics Join us as an Electromechanical Technician and become a vital part of our innovative team!
