Soldering Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Soldering Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on training and significant growth opportunities within a close-knit group dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Perform precise soldering tasks and PCB assembly. Maintain high attention to detail in all electronics work. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth assembly operations. Utilize hand tools for various assembly tasks. Essential Skills Proficiency in soldering techniques. Experience in PCB assembly. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work well within a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in soldering. At least 1 year experience in PCB assembly. Work Environment This position is based onsite at an electronics manufacturing site within the engineering department of a smaller company. The work environment is flexible, fostering a 'work hard, play hard' culture among a closely-knit team. Hours will be M-F 9a-5p. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chandler, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
