Electrical Assembler Phoenix, AZ | $20-$28/Hour 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3-Day Weekends Join a Team That Builds Industry-Leading Equipment We're seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys building electrical systems from the ground up. In this role, you'll help assemble advanced industrial chiller systems used across critical industries while working in a team-focused manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Assemble and wire complete electrical systems for chiller units Route, cut, strip, and terminate wiring and large-gauge cable (2 AWG-4/0 AWG) Install motors, relays, contactors, sensors, and control panels Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings Test, troubleshoot, and inspect electrical systems Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure quality and efficiency Maintain a safe and organized work area What We're Looking For 4+ years of electrical assembly experience Experience wiring electrical systems from start to finish Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Experience with large-gauge cable terminations (2 AWG-4/0 AWG) Strong understanding of electrical safety and best practices Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Preferred Qualifications HVAC, refrigeration, or chiller experience Manufacturing or production environment experience Willingness to travel occasionally for training opportunities Why Join Us?
