  • We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Control Panel Supervisor/Manager to lead and support our manufacturing team.
In the early stages, this role will be heavily involved in building, wiring, and troubleshooting control panels, while also setting the foundation for team leadership and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will bring strong electrical and mechanical expertise, along with leadership potential, to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of industrial control systems. This role plays a critical part in driving manufacturing efficiency and supporting future team growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesHands-On Technical Responsibilities (Primary Focus Initially)Assemble control panels according to detailed schematics and engineering drawingsWire electrical components including PCB boards, PLCs, HMIs, and field devicesPerform soldering using SMT techniques in compliance with IPC 610 standardsTest completed panels using multimeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipmentTroubleshoot and repair existing control panels to resolve electrical and functional issuesInterpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics accuratelyUse hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment for precise assemblyMaintain documentation including wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly proceduresEnsure all work adheres to safety standards, electrical codes, and quality requirementsOversee panel builds to ensure compliance with UL508A, NEC, and company standardsSupport PLC integration, panel layout reviews, and system testingAssist with system commissioning and startup activitiesTroubleshoot PLCs, drives, and control systems as neededCoordinate with engineering, production, and leadership teamsSupport timelines, materials, and project deliverablesWork with vendors and contractors when neededAssist with capital projects and system upgrades
