What You'll Do Solder thru-hole and surface mount components onto printed circuit boards following provided instructions. Add wires and perform other board edits using documentation and work instructions. Touch up components that do not meet IPC specifications. Inspect your work for accuracy and quality. Review and complete all necessary project documentation accurately. Support production needs while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Who You Are Detail-focused and quality-driven—precision matters to you. Comfortable following written and verbal work instructions. Hands-on and motivated to produce high-quality work. Reliable, positive, and able to work independently. Familiar with IPC standards. Experience with Class 3 projects is preferred. What We Offer Competitive pay +

• Full Time 3:00 PM
• 11:30 PM 3:00 PM
• 1:30 AM during overtime Some Saturdays may be required.
