Job Description

Assembly Operator - Tucson, AZ (Full-Time) We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as full-time Assembly Operators. In this role, you will assemble and inspect electrical components to ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers.
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time position Monday- Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30
PM Pay:
$17.50/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble power distribution units (PDUs), cables, harnesses, and electro-mechanical components to specifications Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Perform basic electrical assembly tasks (soldering, crimping, wiring) Maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Ability to read and follow technical instructions Basic knowledge of assembly tools and techniques required Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Preferred Experience:
