Job Description
Location Tucson, AZ (Onsite Monday-Friday) Department Fabrication / Production Reports To Senior Director of Operations / Production Lead Travel Requirement Minimal travel (<10%) as needed. Position Summary AI Capital is seeking a hands-on Electrical & Power Systems Specialist to support fabrication and systems integration activities for mobile medical coaches and trailers. Key Responsibilities Install and wire coach electrical systems Support shore power integration and testing Install generators, batteries, inverters, and transfer switches Install interior and exterior lighting systems Support troubleshooting and operational diagnostics Support production sequencing and delivery readiness Qualifications 3+ years of electrical or fabrication experience Experience with RV, marine, industrial, automotive, or specialty vehicle systems preferred Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Preferred Experience RV manufacturing Mobile clinics or specialty vehicles Generator integration Shore power systems Key Skills & Attributes Hands-on operator mindset Detail-oriented Strong troubleshooting capability Quality-focused workmanship Growth Opportunity This role is intended to grow alongside the fabrication and production operation and may expand into broader leadership or advanced production responsibilities as operations continue scaling.
