Electronic Assembler | $20-$23/hr | Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | Temp-to-Hire Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler for a growing Medical Device manfacturer based in Aliso Viejo. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in medical device, electronics, or precision assembly environments who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products.

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Location:
Onsite, Aliso Viejo Key Responsibilities Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to written instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings Perform precise hand assembly using small tools and equipment Follow established production procedures, work instructions, and quality standards Conduct visual inspections to ensure product accuracy and workmanship Complete required documentation and maintain accurate production records Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment Identify and report assembly defects, quality concerns, or process issues Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals Adhere to all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical device industry, electronics manufacturing, or a related assembly environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions accurately Experience working with small parts and hand assembly tools Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, or schematics Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Reliable attendance and commitment to quality workmanship Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move materials up to 20 lbs Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift Frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed assembly work Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and meet production expectations Ultimate Staffing offers benefits including health care coverage, 401K, holiday pay and the opportunity to grow into permanent positions with oustanding companies. to become a part of our dedicated team of professionals and grow within your career!
