09/08/2026 Job Description Job Description Position Overview PrideStaff is seeking detail-oriented Assemblers for a temporary assignment with a growing manufacturing team in San Diego. This role involves assembling components, wiring panel boards, and working from schematics and diagrams to support production operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, and proficient working with tools, wiring, and technical instructions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions Cut, strip, and crimp cables according to specifications Assemble and populate panel boards with components per layout diagrams Wire panel boards following wiring diagrams Operate labeling equipment and apply labels to finished products Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly or wiring issues Complete production and quality documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Verify inventory and materials align with work order requirements Qualifications 6 months of previous assembly or installation experience required Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and instructions Experience with wiring, crimping, or cable assembly is a plus Strong attention to detail and quality standards Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed Manual dexterity for handling small components and tools
