09/08/2026 Job Description Job Description Experienced Electro-Mechanical & Electronic Assemblers $23+/Hour Express Employment Professionals San Diego, CA Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for multiple Electro-Mechanical, Electronic, and Technical Assembly positions with established companies throughout the San Diego area.
Pay:
$23+/hour, depending on experience We are looking for hands-on candidates who enjoy working with tools, mechanical components, wiring, electronics, and detailed assembly instructions. What You May Be Doing Assemble electro-mechanical and electronic components and equipment Work from mechanical drawings, wiring schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, fixtures, and test equipment Perform basic testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspections Complete wiring, cable, and small electronic assembly Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with production and engineering teams What We're Looking For 1+ years of relevant assembly, manufacturing, or technical production experience preferred Experience with electro-mechanical or electronic assembly is a plus Ability to read and follow detailed drawings, schematics, and written instructions Comfortable using hand and power tools Soldering experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience That May Be a Good Fit We are interested in candidates with backgrounds such as: Electro-Mechanical Assembly Electronic Assembly
PCB/PCBA
Assembly Cable & Wire Harness Assembly Soldering Mechanical Assembly Production Assembly Test Technician Manufacturing Technician Aerospace, defense, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing Additional certifications such as IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC-7711, or experience working in ISO-regulated environments are a plus.
