2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented Rework Technician to support PCB rework and repair operations in a fast‑paced electronics manufacturing environment. This role requires precision hand‑soldering skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical documentation accurately. Responsibilities Perform precision hand‑soldering on SMT and thru‑hole components using a microscope Support PCBA rework, component replacement, and advanced troubleshooting Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and PCBA documentation (English) Conduct detailed visual inspections to identify defects such as solder bridges, cold joints, misalignment, and other workmanship issues Maintain accurate production logs, repair records, and documentation Follow all established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures Qualifications Experience with SMT and thru‑hole soldering (microscope experience required) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation Strong attention to detail and quality Prior electronics manufacturing or rework experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pre-employment background check All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
