5am - 1:30 pm, plus OT

Pay Rate:

$22.01 per hour Temp to Hire after 90 days

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical controller boxes and related components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Install and mount components such as circuit breakers, relays, contactors, transformers, power supplies, terminal blocks, and wiring harnesses.
• Perform point-to-point wiring and cable routing.
• Label wires and components according to specifications.
• Conduct continuity checks and basic electrical testing.
• Ensure proper torque specifications and secure mounting of components.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Identify and report defective materials or discrepancies in documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic computer and inventory software knowledge

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Basic understanding of electrical components and low-voltage systems.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and torque tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Knowledge of voltmeter and troubleshooting.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Frequent use of hands for fine motor skills.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and reach as needed.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing/production floor environment.
• Exposure to noise from machinery.
• Required use of appropriate PPE (safety glasses, gloves, etc.

).
