In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components and circuit boards to ensure high-quality production standards. Responsibilities Perform soldering of surface mount technology (SMT) components and through-hole components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) using hand tools, soldering irons, and other equipment. Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and

standards to ensure proper assembly and soldering quality. Conduct visual inspections of solder joints and assemblies to meet

standards for quality and reliability. Assemble mechanical components and wire electrical systems according to schematics, ensuring proper electrical wiring and mechanical fit. Utilize hand tools and other manufacturing tools safely and efficiently during assembly processes. Follow detailed assembly instructions to ensure customer requirements are met. Skills Experience with soldering techniques for both surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole components. Ability to operate hand tools and other manufacturing devices accurately. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in electronics manufacturing environments. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors. Proficiency in reading schematics, technical drawings, and IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly.
