As a Cable Harness Assembler , you'll work hands-on with complex, high-reliability cable assemblies and wire harnesses that power cutting-edge technologies—from SpaceX rockets to armored military vehicles . What You'll Do Build cable harnesses and assemblies following detailed blueprints and work instructions.

Perform precision tasks:

soldering, crimping, wire termination, and harness routing. Conduct self-inspections and collaborate with Quality Control for in-process and final inspections. Rework non-conforming products and resubmit for approval. Operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools safely and effectively. Perform electro-mechanical testing and maintain accurate test reports. Uphold safety, quality, and 5S standards in a clean, organized workspace. Must-Have Qualifications

IPC/WHMA-A-620

Certification (current OR expired; must be able to pass recertification test). High School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in complex cable harness assembly (aerospace, defense, or medical preferred). Strong soldering skills (J-STD-001 certification is a plus). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Skilled with hand tools (crimpers, strippers, soldering irons). Comfortable standing for 70% of the shift.
