What You'll Do Handle precision soldering and electronic assembly that meets J‑STD standards. Build and repair units, module boxes, harnesses, and PCB assemblies . Troubleshoot hardware issues inside software boxes and mechanical components. Work side‑by‑side with engineers on mechanical builds, testing, and repairs. Perform cup‑soldering , heat‑shrinking, and wiring corrections with accuracy. Keep documentation clean and quality high as you move through each build. What You Bring Strong soldering and assembly skills — you're comfortable with electronics and wiring. Experience with cup soldering , heat‑shrinking, and harness repair. J‑STD Assembly Certification (required) Ability to follow diagrams, instructions, and engineering direction with precision. Bonus Points Experience in a start‑up or fast‑paced tech environment .
