Assembler - J‑STD Certified | Soldering/ $30-$34 Step into a hands‑on role where you'll build, solder, repair, and bring hardware to life inside a fast‑moving tech‑defense environment. If you like working with your hands, solving problems on the fly, and collaborating directly with engineers, this is the place to do it. What You'll Do Handle precision soldering and electronic assembly that meets J‑STD standards. Build and repair units, module boxes, harnesses, and PCB assemblies . Troubleshoot hardware issues inside software boxes and mechanical components. Work side‑by‑side with engineers on mechanical builds, testing, and repairs. Perform cup‑soldering , heat‑shrinking, and wiring corrections with accuracy. Keep documentation clean and quality high as you move through each build. What You Bring Strong soldering and assembly skills — you're comfortable with electronics and wiring. Experience with cup soldering , heat‑shrinking, and harness repair. J‑STD Assembly Certification (required) Ability to follow diagrams, instructions, and engineering direction with precision. Bonus Points Experience in a start‑up or fast‑paced tech environment . Comfortable wearing multiple hats and jumping into whatever the build needs. Familiarity with mechanical assembly or supporting engineers on hardware projects.
