FULL DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an Electronic Assembler to support the assembly and configuration of complex RF power amplifier assemblies. This hands-on role involves printed circuit board assembly, RF components, coaxial transformers, ferrites, cable harnesses, RF coaxial cables, soldering, wiring, and mechanical and electrical assembly. The ideal candidate will have strong electronic assembly experience, familiarity with RF connectors and components, and the ability to accurately work from technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing instructions. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Assembling electrical and electronic components used in RF power amplifier assemblies Performing printed circuit board assembly Assembling and installing RF connectors, coaxial transformers, ferrites, and related RF components Fabricating electrical harnesses and RF coaxial cables Performing soldering, wiring, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly Reading and interpreting assembly prints, parts lists, wiring diagrams, wiring lists, and schematics Identifying part numbers, polarity designations, color codes, and other component specifications Using hand tools, power tools, and soldering irons to complete assemblies Working on prototype, engineering, and production hardware Assembling and wiring complex mechanical and electrical assemblies from drawings, rough sketches, notes, and verbal instructions Following established assembly procedures and manufacturing instructions Inspecting completed work for quality and workmanship Supporting manufacturing quality and inspection requirements Maintaining an organized and safe work area Performing other duties as assigned The selected candidate will also possess: 2+ years of electrical or electronic assembly experience required Experience with RF connectors and RF components required Printed circuit board assembly experience required Cable harness assembly experience required Soldering experience required Previous
