Electrical Testing Assembler

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical Testing Assembler for a Temp to Hire opportunity in Lake Elsinore, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented manufacturing professional with electronics testing experience, fine assembly skills, and the ability to work from written instructions, travelers, blueprints, and engineering guidelines. The Electrical Testing Assembler will support the manufacturing and testing of cable assemblies, wire harnesses, backup battery assemblies, and small electrical components used in the aerospace and defense industry. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys precise, hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and is comfortable working independently while communicating effectively with production, engineering, quality, and lead personnel. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and test cable assemblies, wire harnesses, battery assemblies, and small electrical components according to blueprints, travelers, routers, and detailed work instructions.
• Use specialized testing equipment to perform continuity testing, insulation checks, voltage testing, signal integrity checks, and wiring verification.
• Identify and troubleshoot defects such as open circuits, short circuits, crossed wires, improper wiring, and other assembly or electrical issues.
• Operate small hand tools, power tools, heat guns, microscopes, multimeters, and other production or diagnostic equipment.
• Document test results, complete logs, prepare reports, and communicate findings to support repairs, quality control, and production flow.
• Follow quality, safety, ESD, and industry requirements while maintaining strong attention to detail and accurate workmanship. Compensation and Benefits

  $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
