Electromechanical Assembler (Precision / Small Parts Assembly)

Temp-to-Hire We're seeking detail-oriented individuals with experience working on small, precise components. This role supports electromechanical assembly in a quality-driven environment where accuracy and consistency are key. This is a strong opportunity for candidates with precision assembly or hands-on technical experience who are interested in growing within aerospace manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble small, complex components with a high level of precision Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and production documentation Perform basic testing and in-process quality checks Use hand tools, microscopes, and measurement tools Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality standards
Requirements:
Experience working with small parts, detailed assembly, or precision work Familiarity with soldering, crimping, braiding, potting, or conformal coating Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and/or specifications Comfortable following step-by-step instructions and documentation Basic computer skills Preferred Skills (Not Required): Knowledge of inspection methods and quality standards (AS9100 experience a plus; NADCAP familiarity a plus) Experience in aerospace, medical device, electronics, or other regulated environments

Electronics assembly or repair Prefer assembly from beginning to end, not piece work assembly Medical device or lab work Jewelry making or watch repair Automotive or mechanical assembly involving fine-detail work Manufacturing or production assembly (small components) Hands-on technical or hobby experience (soldering, DIY electronics, etc.)
