Serving military, aerospace, homeland security, and commercial sectors since 1997, the company excels in in-house capabilities—from precision CNC machining to environmental testing—delivering innovative modular imaging and sensor solutions. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Electrical Technician to join our Manufacturing team! In this role, you will be instrumental in creating the wiring and cable harness that are critical to the electro-mechanical systems we offer. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced technology in a fast-paced environment dedicated to innovation and excellence. Duties Review, interpret, and follow drawings, blue-prints, bill of materials, travelers, and work instructions to produce harnesses, cable assemblies, and other electro-mechanical & electro-optic sub-assemblies. Assemble electrical components including wiring harnesses, circuit boards, and electro-mechanical assemblies using hand tools and soldering techniques Conduct circuit testing and verify electrical system functionality to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards based on NEC (National Electrical Code) guidelines Support maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) activities by diagnosing issues with electronic systems and implementing effective solutions for equipment repair
Experience Wiring and Soldering:
Routing and tie wires as required. Crimping terminals, hand soldering electronics components to boards or panels. Experience with soldering irons, wire strippers, testing meters, Etc. Proven experience in electrical diagnostics, equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance within an industrial or aerospace environment Strong knowledge of electrical schematic reading, interpretation of circuit diagrams, and PCB (printed circuit board) design principles Mechanical knowledge related to electronic assembly processes including soldering and wiring techniques Ability to review and understand drawings/blueprints, technical diagrams, bill of materials, travelers, and work instructions. Knowledge of quality frameworks like IPC-610 & IPC-620 or
J-STD-001 - J-STD-006
wiring and electronics assembly. High sense of urgency, ownership, and ability to work well with internal & external customers. Good organization & communication skills and attention to details. Good know-how and knowledge of computers, Microsoft products, and other applicable industry standard software. Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift 50 lbs.
Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
