Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented PCB Assemblers and Hand Solderers to assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components. Candidates should have hands-on experience with through-hole assembly, hand soldering, and inspecting solder joints to ensure products meet quality standards.
Shift:
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Key Responsibilities- Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to work instructions and assembly drawings.
- Perform hand soldering of through-hole components onto circuit boards.
- Insert and position electronic components in designated locations.
- Inspect solder joints for quality and identify defects such as cold solder joints and solder bridges.
- Use soldering irons, hand tools, magnification equipment, and other assembly tools.
- Follow ESD procedures and established quality standards.
- Identify and report defective components or assembly issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications
- Previous experience in PCB assembly, through-hole assembly, or hand soldering preferred.
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and work instructions.
- Familiarity with electronic components and soldering equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in a production environment while maintaining quality standards. Preferred Experience
- Experience with through-hole technology (THT).
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 or
J-STD-001
standards.- Experience with PCB rework and soldering defect identification.
