Job Description
Position Overview We are looking for a skilled Electrical Technician to join our growing team in Lemoore, CA. In this hands-on role, you will wire and integrate electrical systems for autonomous tractors. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technical work, problem-solving, and working with advanced agricultural technology. Key Responsibilities Wiring up components, sensors, controllers, and harnesses on autonomous tractor systems Working with 12VDC circuits and electrical systems Wiring and configuring PLC controllers Running conduit and organizing wiring installations Reading, interpreting, and following complex wiring diagrams and schematics Troubleshooting electrical and automation issues Testing and commissioning autonomous systems Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Qualifications 2+ years of experience in electrical wiring, automotive electrical, heavy equipment, or industrial automation (agricultural equipment experience is a big plus) Strong understanding of 12VDC systems, relays, fuses, and low-voltage circuits Experience with PLC controllers and automation systems preferred Ability to read and interpret complex wiring diagrams Comfortable working with hand tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment Valid California driver's license Reliable transportation to our Lemoore facility
