$18.00 per hour

Experience Requirements 6 months to 1 year of electrical assembly experience required Strong wiring and mechanical skills preferred Experience with wire harnesses and soldering is a plus Ability to read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions Job Duties Assemble electrical components according to technical drawings and specifications Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wire strippers Install, align, fit, and secure components to exact requirements Dismantle, adjust, and reassemble equipment as needed Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in a timely manner Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production process Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment. What You Will Do As an Electrical Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards. The Electrical Assembler supports manufacturing by assembling products according to engineering specifications and production requirements. This role requires mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions.
