Technical Skills Electronic component identification (resistors, capacitors, diodes, ICs) Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly Soldering and desoldering (through-hole and basic SMT) Wire stripping, crimping, and cable assembly Reading basic schematics and wiring diagrams Use of hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, torque drivers) Basic use of multimeters and electrical test equipment Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safety procedures Inspection of assembled boards and components Basic troubleshooting of electronic assemblies Manufacturing & Quality Skills Following work instructions and assembly documentation Quality control and visual inspection Maintaining clean and organized workstations (5S principles) Understanding of basic manufacturing processes Recording production data and documentation Meeting production quotas and deadlines Professional Skills Attention to detail Manual dexterity and steady hand for small components Ability to follow detailed instructions Team collaboration Time management Reliability and punctuality Problem solving
