Senior Panel Builder Job Description The position of Senior Panel Builder involves the critical task of assembling and wiring industrial control panels, electro/mechanical sub-assemblies, and major assemblies in compliance with internal and customer-specified quality requirements. Responsibilities Assemble and wire industrial control panels and electro/mechanical sub-assemblies. Ensure all assemblies meet internal and customer-specified quality standards. Read and interpret mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic drawings, schematics, and diagrams. Apply technical skills effectively in various assembly tasks. Assist in the development and build of prototype industrial control panels and assemblies. Identify, correct, and repair non-conforming materials, documenting discrepancies as per standard operational procedures. Essential Skills Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic drawings, schematics, and diagrams. Demonstrated interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email and MRP software. Knowledge of selecting and using assembly and wiring tools, such as manuals and pneumatic or electric hand tools. 5 years of related work experience required. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Education or GED required; additional education preferred. Certified IPC Specialist to

IPC/WHMA-A-620

is a plus. Familiarity with UL-508A standards is advantageous. Prior experience as a panel builder is preferred. Why Work Here?
