Job Description

Hiring Now-:
Mechanical Assemblers Key Responsibilities Assemble, modify, rework, and reassemble components by following blueprints, work orders, process documentation, and verbal instructions. Progress through multiple assembly stages, including pre-assembly, electrical wiring, combined mechanical/electrical assembly, and final inspection. Perform wiring, cutting, measuring, and crimping tasks with precision using appropriate tools and machinery. Use hand and power tools such as drills, wrenches, torque wrenches, crimpers, wire strippers, soldering tools, rulers, vises, and heat guns. Inspect assembled components to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. Follow digital work instructions and blueprints via iPads to complete assembly accurately. Enter production data, progress updates, and quality issues into the ERP system. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe 5S work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE at all times. Report safety concerns, accidents, or equipment issues promptly. Required Skills & Qualifications 0-1 year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or hands-on roles (automotive or similar experience is a plus). Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks. Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and work instructions. High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise assembly and wiring tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to identify colors and interpret wiring schematics. Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Work Environment Large manufacturing facility with 100+ employees in a structured, safety-focused setting. Clean, organized workspace following 5S principles .
Shift:
Second shift (starting approximately 1:30 PM, Monday-Friday). Frequent overtime and occasional Saturdays based on production needs. Physically active role requiring standing for most of the shift, with occasional crouching and kneeling. Use of a wide range of tools, iPads for instructions, and ERP systems for tracking. Steel-toed shoes required ; PPE provided and mandatory. Comfortable breakroom with free coffee and snacks. . Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
