Electromechanical Technician

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to perform mechanical and electromechanical assembly of components and subassemblies. This role requires soldering skills, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble components, subassemblies, and final units following work instructions and schematics.
Solder electrical components, wires, and connectors to company standards.
Assemble precision rare earth magnetic components as required.
Inspect assemblies for accuracy, alignment, and quality.
Test assemblies for proper mechanical and electrical functionality.
Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
Complete documentation, production logs, and quality checklists.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.1 2 years of assembly, manufacturing, or soldering experience.
Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
Ability to read assembly drawings and instructions.
Familiarity with ESD handling and lean manufacturing practices.
Ability to lift up to 25 40 lbs.
Good hand-eye coordination for soldering and assembly tasks.
