Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Technical training in electronics, soldering, or manufacturing is a plus Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions Basic computer skills for production documentation and recordkeeping Experience Requirements 2+ years of previous experience in soldering, electronic assembly, or electronics manufacturing Experience performing SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and/or through-hole soldering Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair soldering defects Experience using soldering irons, hot-air rework stations, and precision hand tools Familiarity with electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and electrical terminology Preferred Qualifications
